Even if we did not install the film, we will remove it. There are many ways to remove film, however the safest way is with a professional steamer.
A lot goes into removing old film properly, however we take all the precautions necessary to safely removal film in order especially when it comes to the rear glass defrosters lines. There are those rare cases where unfortunately defrosters lines do tend to come off during the removal process if the prior film has been baked on for a prolonged period (multiple years) or if a cheaper film was applied.
